About the Course
If you have been experiencing any shoulder pain, neck pain, migraines, most likely your body is using your neck as the anchor point .
The overuse of our necks on a daily basis causes excessive direct mechanical stress to our joints, leading to incorrect use of muscular system and adding unnecessary stress to cardiac and lymphatic systems. It also directly impacts the buoyancy of our nervous system and restricts the flow of cerebrospinal fluid which can lead to brain diseases (dementia among others)
What will you learn?
The way we set our wrist, fingers and elbow when moving our arm on a daily basis can make all the difference. The elbow joint is responsible for moving the arm and helps connecting to the lats. The movement of the wrist and forearm goes mainly to the neck .
Each finger also connects to a different myofascial line - learning how to align the fingers at the middle knuckles will help to stabilise the shoulder and move the arm freely.
