Our On Demand Library includes variety of videos suitable for everyone  -total beginners and people recovering from injuries to professional athletes keen to connect with their bodies and everyone in between. 

Please don't judge the exercises by the looks - what may look very simple and easy, can prove to be hard, give you lots of shakes, make you sweat and you may feel the burn in areas you have not experienced before.
Our instructions are extremely detailed - focused on activating the entire chain with precise instruction about setting the body, individual joint position. Those little cues can make a huge difference in firing up the muscle that have been dormant for a while. 


You will learn what the 'good' cramps are, and the bad ones,
what the 'good' pain is (healing the body), and  the bad one  (hurting the body)
